The Chamber of Commerce is not just a representative of the private sector; it is also one of the most important arms for creating balance in the country's financial circulation and economic development.
The Chamber of Commerce should play a pivotal role in designing, investing in, and launching fifth-generation banking infrastructures based on blockchain technology, and be present as one of the stakeholders and decision-makers in this major transformation.
Today, traditional payment and settlement structures, including the Shaparak, Satna, Shetab, Paya systems, etc., and dozens of other parallel institutions, in addition to creating complexity, have slowed the pace of digital economy transformation, and there is a banking problem every day.
The future of the country's financial system requires an integrated, transparent, smart, and inexpensive blockchain-based infrastructure; an infrastructure that, with government oversight and investment from the Chamber of Commerce, can transform the management of the country's financial turnover.
If the Chamber of Commerce cannot play an effective role in solving the fundamental problems of the country's banking system and the private sector in a crisis situation, even within a few weeks, and the outcome of its meetings is limited to holding formal and friendly meetings and discussions based on fear of its own position, it cannot fulfill its true position as the driving force behind the economy and the private sector.
The Chamber of Commerce is a professional business policymaker, and the financial infrastructure must be under its control and quickly become an idea generator and replacement tool for the fifth generation of banking.
