The reconstruction of the One Tower has progressed successfully despite the difficult conditions caused by the war and the extensive challenges in the procurement of equipment, ordering construction and implementation of projects. So far, the reconstruction of the main structure of the building, the reconstruction of damaged facilities, the reconstruction of 10 floors of the tower, the installation of new glass on 10 floors and the reconstruction of the building's interior doors have been completed.
The project is currently in the final stage of installing the building's facade composites. The total costs incurred for this renovation and renovation operation have exceeded one hemat (one thousand billion tomans).
